The service
CodexNest is operated by Piano Latino LLC, based in California, United States. CodexNest helps you import text files and notes, spot duplicates, organize them, and assemble one clear, portable prompt you can copy into an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI Codex. Your work is stored in your browser when you're not signed in, or in your account when you are. CodexNest produces portable prompt text — it does not connect to, run, or act as any AI assistant, execute tasks, or guarantee any outcome from the prompts it helps you create. CodexNest is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
Your responsibility to review
You are responsible for reviewing every prompt CodexNest helps you assemble before you use it. You decide what to run in your AI assistant or anywhere else; CodexNest is a drafting aid, not a substitute for your own judgment.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use CodexNest. Signing in is handled by WorkOS; you're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive, or that you don't have the right to use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's accounts.
- Don't use the service to build or distribute malware or to harm others.
Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Free accounts receive 20 new master-prompt unlocks per calendar month and 5 MB of cloud storage (one project). Pro costs $2.99 USD per month, renews automatically until canceled, and includes 300 unlocks per calendar month and 100 MB of cloud storage (up to 50 projects). Applicable tax is displayed at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Unlock allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, independently of your billing date, and do not roll over. Upgrades include that month's prior usage. The first successful unlock stores a complete output and uses one allowance; repeat access to the same saved output is free. Deleting and recreating it uses a new unlock. Failed unlocks do not consume an allowance.
Cancel through Manage billing at any time to prevent the next renewal. Pro access continues through the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually through our contact form; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Failed payments have a three-day grace period before Free limits apply. Saved work is not automatically deleted on downgrade; reading, exporting, and deletion remain available.
Guests receive partial previews. Full output requires a signed-in account with an available allowance and storage. Sources are processed on our server to assemble previews and outputs. See plan details for file-size limits.
Your data, retention, and deletion
We keep your account and project data while your account is active and do not automatically delete your saved work. You can delete your account and data at any time — email hello@codexnest.com or use the contact form and we'll remove it within 30 days. See the Privacy notice for details.
Service limitations
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated prompts will be fit for a particular purpose.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; consumer-protection rules of your own country may also apply and are not overridden by this choice of law. We may update these terms and will post changes here with an updated date.
