A few helpful details
When does my allowance reset?
On the first of each month at 00:00 UTC, separately from your billing date. Unused unlocks don’t roll over. Upgrading raises this month’s allowance to 300, including unlocks already used.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Your saved work stays available to read, download, and delete. Copying or downloading an already unlocked prompt doesn’t use another unlock. Deleting an output frees storage but doesn’t restore used unlocks. Recreating a deleted output uses a new unlock.
How much can I upload?
Each generation accepts up to 1 MB of source text. Each saved cloud project can hold up to 3 MB. Total storage includes your source projects and saved outputs.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel through Manage billing to stop your next renewal. You keep access through your paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact us for help.
